Step 1: Click on Add Activity.
Step 2: Enter a name for the Section Header in the Name field.
Step 3: Assign a serial number for the Section in the # Sort field.
Example: 1.00.
Note: The assigned number determines the sequence in which the Activity Item will be displayed.
Step 4: Set the Activity Visibility to Visible to All to allow both participants and facilitators to access the activity item.
Note: The Activity Visibility settings can be changed from the dropdown menu to set to Visible to Facilitator Only, making the activity item visible only to facilitators.
Step 5: Select Section under Activity Item Type.
Step 6: Enter a label or date for the Activity Label, if desired.
Step 7: Click the dropdown menu for Button Destination and choose the empty selection (no value).
Step 8: Enter notes for Facilitators Content.
Note: These notes will only be visible to users with Facilitator access.
Step 9: Enter notes for Participants Content.
Note: Both Facilitators and Participants can view these notes.
Step 10: Edit the font setting, if desired.
Step 11: Click Create Activity.
Step 12: Toggle on the slider to allow Participants to view the activity when necessary.
