share / Unshare Conversation

Step 1: Click on Actions.

Step 2: Click on Share this Conversation. 

Step 3: Select the Activity Group (Toolkit) to share the conversation with. 

Step 4: Click Share.

Step 5: A Chat shared successfully notification will be displayed to confirm that the sharing is complete. 

Outcome: Group members can view and edit the file by clicking on the Activity Group tab. 

Step 1: Click on Actions.

Step 2: Click on Share this Conversation. 

Step 3: Select the Activity Group (Toolkit) to unshare the conversation. 

Step 3: Click on Unshare.

Step 4: A Chat unshared successfully notification will be displayed to confirm that the unsharing is complete.

Outcome: The shared conversation will be unshared from the Activity Group tab.
