Live Transcription

Live Transcription listens in real time and continuously converts speech into text as it is spoken, allowing users to submit the transcription to the LLM.
Can be used concurrently with Agents and Capability Tools.
Supported Language:

- English

Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.

Step 2: Select the AI model from the dropdown list.

Step 3: Click on Live Transcription.

Step 4: Start your conversation, and the transcription will be displayed in the text field.

Note: While the conversation is ongoing, you can click the red cross icon to delete and stop the live transcription..

Step 5: After the conversation ends, click the green tick icon to end the live transcription.

Outcome:

Step 6: Edit the transcription if needed.

Step 7: Click on the arrow icon or press Enter to submit your inputs.

Step 8: The AI will generate its response.

Tip: Click the Collapse/Expand icon to maximise or minimise the conversation view.

Step 9: Continue the conversation in the text field by typing or using the batch transcription until the end of the conversation.

Note: Generated tables within the conversation can be exported as .xlsx or .csv files by hovering over the table to reveal the export action buttons.
