AI Assistant Settings

Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.

Step 2: Click on AI Assistant Settings icon.

Step 3: Click Chat Settings. 

Step 4: The Default Name will be displayed with the account username. (The name can be changed according to individual preferences)

Step 5: Select the Default Language from the dropdown list.

Step 6: Click Update to save changes. 

Outcome: A notification Successfully updated settings will be displayed to confirm the update. 

Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.

Step 2: Click on AI Assistant Settings Icon.

Step 3: Click File Container. 

Step 4: The file container shows the files and the number of files that have been uploaded. 

Step 5: Select Click to select new file to upload a new file into the file container.  

File Upload Guidelines:

• Maximum Files: 10 files per container 

• Maximum File Size: 5MB per file 

• Allowed File Types: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .docx, .csv, .txt  

Step 6: Click Upload File.

Step 7: The uploaded file will be added to the file Container.

Step 8: Click 'X' to exit.
