Note:
Files uploaded will be included as part of the grounding content.
Files uploaded will be stored in a personal file container module that manages the user's files.
Filename and metadata of the uploaded files will not be readable by the system/platform.
Step 1: Fill in the required information in the fields.
Note: Some tools may not have any input field.
Step 2: Select Click to select from your file container to choose or upload file(s).
Step 3: Select Choose File to upload file(s) to the file container.
File Upload Guidelines:
Maximum Files: 10 files per container
Maximum File Size: 5MB per file
Allowed File Types: .pdf / .docx / .csv / .txt
Step 4: Click Upload File.
Step 5: The uploaded file will be displayed in the file container.
Click here for instructions on deleting a file from the file container.
Step 6: Click on the selected file(s).
User File Upload guidelines
Multiple files can be selected, depending on the tool's functionality.
Multiple text files (.pdf / .docx / .csv / .txt) can be selected
Note: The Token Quota details (in % and tokens) will be shown for the selected file(s), indicating if they exceed the allowed token/word limit.
Step 7: Click on Use Selected File.
Step 8: File(s) selected will displayed.
Note: If an incorrect file is selected, click the delete icon to remove it, then repeat steps 2 through 7 to select the correct file(s).
Step 9: Click Analyse CV Now! (Generate Button).
Step 10: File(s) upload status will be displayed.
Note:
File Connected: File is indexed and stored. Chat responses will include file context. Clicking File Connected displays the names of the connected files.
File Deleted: File is removed from the container. Chat will use the base LLM without file context.
No File Selected: Tool was created without a file. Chat defaults to base LLM responses.
Step 11: Respond to the AI Assistant by entering your reply in the text field.
Alternative option - Expand the text field for multi-line input.
Click on the Toggle Multi-line Icon.
Step 12: Click the arrow icon or press Enter to submit your response.
Step 13: To-relaunch the tool, click on the Capability Tool Icon.
Step 14: Select either on Existing Chat or New Chat.
Note: By selecting Existing chat, the existing chat's history will be used as context
