Batch Transcription
Batch Transcription records audio for up to 20 minutes before processing it into a full transcription, which can then be submitted to the LLM for further analysis or response generation.
Can be used concurrently with Agents and Capability Tools.
Supported Language:
- English
Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.
Step 2: Select the AI model from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Click on Batch Transcription.
Step 4: Start recording your conversation.
Note: While recording, click the red cross icon to delete the recording.
Step 5: Once the recording is complete, click on the green tick icon to process transcription.
Step 6: Once the processing is completed, the transcription will be displayed.
Step 7: Edit the transcription if needed.
Step 8: Click on the arrow icon or press Enter to submit your inputs.
Step 9: The AI will generate its response.
Tip: Click the Collapse/Expand icon to maximise or minimise the conversation view.
Step 10: Continue the conversation in the text field by typing or using the batch transcription until the end of the conversation.
Note: Generated tables within the conversation can be exported as .xlsx or .csv files by hovering over the table to reveal the export action buttons.
