Note:
User-level expiry dates take precedence over toolkit expiry dates. If an individual user's expiry date is scheduled later than the toolkit expiry date, their user-level schedule applies—allowing custom trial and subscription overrides.
Note: This enables the application of a custom expiry date for a specific participant.
Step 1: Click on Registered Users.
Step 2: Click on Manage Participants.
Note: This displays the number of active participants in the Toolkit.
Step 3: Toggle on the Toggle Participant Details slider, then click outside the pop-up window to exit.
Step 4: Click on the configure icon for the selected participant.
Note: This section displays participant details, including email address, registration date, and registration status.
Step 5: Click and select the expiry date for the participant.
Step 6: Click Set New.
Step 7: Enter notes in the Participant Notes field.
Note: Please do not include any personal data in this field.
Step 8: Click Save.
Outcome: Once set, the user's expiry date appears as Auto Expire: [Date] directly below their name under the Registered Users tab.
Step 9: When the expiry date is reached, the participant’s status automatically changes to Expired.
Step 10: Click on Manage Participants to view the updated count of expired participants.
Step 11: The Toolkit Owner will export the toolkit report, then remove the expired participant from the toolkit. (Click here to view the step-by-step guide.)
Note: This enables the application of the same expiry date to all participants in the Toolkit.

Step 4: Click and select the expiry date for all participants.
Step 5: Click Set New.
Step 6: Click Close.
Outcome: The auto-expiry date will display in two locations:
Under Toolkit Participant Management, in the Active Participants section.
Below each participant's name under the Registered Users tab.
Step 7: When the expiry date is reached, the toolkit participants will be set to Expired.
Step 8: Click on Manage Participants to view the count of expired participants.
Step 9: The Toolkit Owner will then export the toolkit report and remove the expired participant from the toolkit. (Click here to view the step-by-step guide.)
