share / Unshare Conversation

Step 1: Click on Actions.

Step 2: Click on Share this Conversation. 

Step 3: Select the desired Activity Group (Toolkit) to share the conversation with: 

Note: You can select multiple Activity Groups (Toolkits) to share the conversation with more than one group.

• Alternatively, type the toolkit name in the Search toolkits... field to find the desired toolkit(s).

Outcome: 

• The selected Activity Group (Toolkit) will appear under the conversation header.

Note: If shared to multiple toolkits, click the + icon next to the displayed group name to show the other Activity Groups (Toolkits).

• Group members can view and continue the shared conversation by clicking on the Activity Group tab.

Note: When participating in a shared conversation:

• Smart Prompt Queuing: Prompts run sequentially (First In, First Out - FIFO), with live queue-position updates to avoid message overlap.

• Turn-Based Controls: The chat composer locks while a turn is pending. Interactive controls like Stop Generating and Regenerate apply strictly to your active prompt without disrupting other members.

• Enforced Model Settings: Model selection locks uniformly for the chat owner and participants when restricted by tool-level settings.

Step 1: Click on Actions.

Step 2: Click on Share this Conversation. 

Step 3: Uncheck the box next to the Activity Group (Toolkit) you want to remove.

Note: You can uncheck multiple toolkits at once to remove access from several groups simultaneously.

Outcome: The shared conversation will be unshared from the Activity Group tab.
