Note: This will be used when the user needs to add media links into the tool and instruct the AI to return specific media to be embedded in your chat by adding Print {media} placeholders in your prompt setup.
The maximum number of media tags for any tool is 30.
Step 1: Under 1 Setup tab, click on Media Tags.
Step 2: Click the + icon.
Step 3: Select the Media Format type from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Enter the media description.
Step 6: Click the Expand icon to verify if the Drive Link or URL is functioning correctly.
Step 7: Click + icon again to add additional media tags (if required).
Step 8: Click to copy the generated media placeholder (e.g., Print {media1}).
Step 9: Under the 2 Develop tab, click System Prompt (or Welcome Message).
Step 10: Paste the copied media placeholder into your prompt wherever you want the media to appear.
Step 11: Repeat Steps 8 to 10 for any additional media tags.
Additional Method:
Step 1: Under the 2 Develop tab, click System Prompt (or Welcome Message).
Step 2: Click on Media Tags.
Step 3: Click the media placeholder to insert it automatically at the current cursor position in your prompt.
Note: Referencing an uncreated placeholder triggers an error. Ensure all prompt placeholders match items created under 1 Setup (Media Tags), or delete them before saving.
Step 12: Click Save Changes.
Outcome: The embedded media will display within the conversation at the designated prompt locations.
Note:
To delete the Media Tags, follow these steps:
Under the 1 Setup tab, click the Trash icon next to the field.
Under the 2 Develop tab, edit your prompt(s) to remove the reference placeholder.
Click Save Changes.
