Note: User Tags automatically populate names and language preferences in responses based on the Chat Settings.

Step 1: Under 1 Setup tab, click on Form Inputs.
Step 2: Toggle ON the User Tags slider.
Step 3: Click the {username} placeholder to copy to the clipboard.
Step 4: Under 2 Develop tab, click on System Prompt (or Welcome Message).
Step 5: Paste {username} placeholder into your prompt where needed.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 3 to 5 to copy and paste the {language} placeholder into the prompt where needed.
Step 7: Click Save Changes.
Alternative method:
Step 1: Under 2 Develop tab, click on System Prompt (or Welcome Message).
Step 2: Click on User Tags.
Step 3: Click on {username} to automatically insert the placeholder into your prompt at the current cursor position.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to insert {language} placeholder at the current cursor position.
Step 5: Click Save Changes.
Outcome: Configured User Tags will be displayed on the Capability Tool launch page.
Note:
To disable the User Tags, complete the following steps:
Under 1 Setup tab, click on Form Inputs and toggle OFF the User Tags slider.
Under 2 Develop tab, edit your prompt(s) to remove {username} and {language} placeholders.
Click Save Changes.
Proceed to User File Input for instructions on incorporating user file inputs into your tool.
