Note: This is where the default name and language are set and used when User Tags are toggled on during Capability Tool creation under Form Inputs.
Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.
Step 2: Click on AI Assistant Settings icon.
Step 3: Click Chat Settings.
Step 4: The Default Name will be displayed with the account username. (The name can be changed according to individual preferences)
Step 5: Select the Default Language from the dropdown list.
Step 6: Click Update to save changes.
Outcome: A notification Successfully updated settings will be displayed to confirm the update.
File Container
File Container
Note: The file container is a personal module that stores user-uploaded files for use in File Chat (User File Upload)
Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.
Step 2: Click on AI Assistant Settings Icon.
Step 3: Click My File Container.
Step 4: The file container displays the User Uploaded Files along with the total number of files that have been uploaded.
Step 5: Select Choose File to upload a file to the file container.
File Upload Limits
File size: Up to 32 MB per file (Files under 10 MB recommended for optimal speed and performance)
Storage limit: Up to 20 files per user
Supported formats: Check our Supported File Formats list.
Step 6: Click Upload File.
Outcome: A success pop-up will confirm the upload, and the file will be added to the File Container.
Step 7: Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to upload more files into the file container. (If Required).
Step 8: Click 'X' to exit.
