Purge Inactive Participant Conversations

This feature allows Workspace Managers to purge conversation logs for inactive participants.

Step 1: Click Workspace Settings.

Step 2: Click User Management.

Step 3: Click Actions for the inactive participant.

Step 4: Click Purge Conversations.

Step 5: Review the pop-up warning, then click Purge conversations to confirm the action.

Outcome: The participant conversations, messages, and shared Activity Group links are permanently deleted from the workspace.
