Note:
This method is for Facilitators and Workspace Admins to register users using the provided email address.
If an email does not match any existing account, a new account will be created, and the user will receive login instructions via email.
If an email matches an existing account, the user is directly included in the workspace and toolkit and will also receive the login instructions via email.
New Users registering in this workspace will be assigned as Guests role.
Step 1: Click on Registered Users on Toolkit Settings.
Step 2: Click on Create / Register New User into Workspace & Toolkit.
Step 3: Enter the provided User's email.
Step 4: Enter the User's First Name and Last Name.
Note: Click Back to User Selection to cancel the registration and return to the previous screen.
Step 5: Click Create and Register User.
Step 6: A notification will pop up indicating that the user has been created.
Step 7: Click out the pop-up window to return to the previous screen.
Outcome: The user will then be registered as a participant in the toolkit.
