The participant’s workspace data (Conversations & Messages) will be deleted.
The participant’s workspace tools will be transferred to the workspace owner.
The participant will no longer have access to the workspace.
If the participant does not have any active Toolkits in other workspaces, their user account will be marked as "Inactive", and an Activity Passcode will be required to reactivate the account.
Step 1: Click Remove all expired participants.
Step 2: Read the notice, then click Remove Expired Participant (Guests) to remove them from your workspace.
Outcome: The expired participant(s) will be removed from the toolkit.
