Step 1: Click on AI Assistant.
Step 2: Click on Capability Tools Library.
Step 3: Click on +Create New.
Step 4: Select Create with Tool Wizard.
Note: The Create with Tool Wizard option will only be available if the facilitator has enabled it for participant access at the toolkit level.

Step 5: Click the selected tool template.
Note: The following describes the 6 available templates.
Step 6: Click Start Wizard.
Step 7: Follow the instructions and respond to the AI Assistant by entering your reply in the text field.
Note: If the output still does not display after an extended period, press the Stop button, and the output will then be regenerated.
Step 8: Continue the conversation, and edits can be made up to the Design Steps stage, which comes before the Generated Prompts/Preparation of Wizard step.
Note: If the response is cut short, press the Stop button or type Regenerate. The output will then be regenerated.
Step 9: Once reached the end of the Generated Prompts section, click Compile My Instructions button.
Outcome: Tables will be generated.
The following tables are generated:
Tool Details Table: This is populated automatically by the system prompt with key details regarding the tool.
Input Fields Table: This lists all input fields required for users to complete when using the tool.
Downdown Options Table (Optional): This will only be generated if any fields in the Input Fields Table are set to Downdown type.
Step 10: Click Create My Tool Now.
Outcome: The wizard will proceed to generate the tool.
Step 11: Once tool is ready, click Launch My New Tool.
Outcome: Tool will be created.
