Embedding Video

Step 1: Click on Add Activity.

Step 2: Select Video under Activity Type menu. 

Step 3: Activity Visibility is fixed to Visible to All for Participant access. 

Note: Facilitators can modify the Activity Visibility setting using the dropdown menu. This allows the Activity Item to be set either Visible to All or Visible to Facilitator Only.

Step 4: Click # Sort and assign a serial number to the activity.

Example: 4.00. 

Note: The assigned number determines the sequence in which the Activity Item will be displayed.  

Step 5: Enter a name for the activity into Activity Name.

Step 6: Click +Create Activity.

Step 7: Select Video Embed from the Activity Allocation dropdown menu.

Step 8: Paste the video’s embed URL into the Button Link field.

Note: Click here for tips on embedding the video URL. 

Step 9: Enter notes to display to participants into Display for Participants. 

Note: Facilitators can enter information to display for both Participants and Facilitators.

Step 14: Click on Save Changes. 

Step 15: Toggle on the slider to allow Participants to access the activity when necessary.

Step 16: Click on View. 

Step 17: Embedded video can be played within the activity.
