User Options for RAG index

In tools using the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) index, users can manage responses by deleting, copying, flagging (as good or bad), or regenerating them. The icons for these options appear at the end of each response.

The sections below provide a guide on how to use these options.

Step 1: Click on Delete this message icon.

Step 2: Click on ❌ icon to cancel delete. 

Step 3: Click on ✔️icon to confirm delete. 

Outcome: The message will be deleted, and a pop-up notice will confirm the message has been deleted from the chat.

Step 1: Click on Copy on Clipboard icon.

Step 2: A pop-up message will appear to confirm that the response has been copied to the clipboard. 

Step 1: Click on Flag as Good Response (Thumbs Up) icon.

Step 1: Click Flag as Bad Response (Thumbs down) icon

Step 2: Check the appropriate checkbox to indicate the reason for the negative response. 

Step 3: Enter additional details for the negative response. 

Step 4: Click on Submit.

Step 5: A pop-up message will appear to confirm that the entry have been added.

Step 1: Click the Regenerate this message icon to generate a new response.
