Delete conversation

Step 1: Click on Actions.

Step 2: Select Delete Conversation.

Step 3: Click Delete.

Step 4: A pop-up notice will confirm the conversation was successfully deleted. 

Step 1: Click on AI Assistant. 

Step 2: Click My Chats.

Step 2: Click Bulk Delete.

Step 3: The Bin icon will appear next to the conversations. Click the Bin icon of selected conversation to be deleted. 

Step 4: A pop-up notice will confirm the conversation was successfully deleted. 

Note: If necessary, continue deleting other conversations.  

Step 5: Click Bulk Delete to exit.
