Account reactivation

Step 1: Account is Inactive pop-up notice will appear upon login.

Step 2: Follow the instructions in the Account Inactive notice to reactivate your account.   

Step 3: Enter the given Activity Passcode in the Activity Passcode field. 

Step 4: Complete the CAPTCHA verification and proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Click on Reactivate my Account.

Step 6: Account Reactivated pop-up notice will appear.

Step 7: Click Submit after entering your login details.

Step 8: Enter the Activity Passcode in the Activity Passcode field.

Step 9: Complete the CAPTCHA verification and proceed to the next step.

Step 10: Click on Register.

Step 11: Toolkit Registration Success pop-up notice will appear.

Step 12: Click on Go to Activity Toolkit.
