By default, all toggles are set to Off when a new Toolkit is created, giving participants access to the default set of features. Workspace Manager and Facilitators can customise access by enabling specific toggles that either add features or limit participant actions.
Below, we’ll explain the effect of each permission when toggled On.
When toggled On, all members of the toolkit can see the initials of the creator next to their respective activity line items.
This feature supports traceability within a classroom or collaborative environment.
When toggled Off, no initial will be display.
When toggled On, participants will see an Add Activity button, allowing them to create their own activity line items.
This enables them to link resources and deploy their tools within a toolkit.
When toggled Off, participants will not be able to see the Add Activity button.
When Restrict Participants from accessing AI Assistant from Menu is toggled On, participants will no longer be able to access the AI Assistant tab.
This restriction does not apply to facilitators — they will retain full access.
When toggled Off, participants will be able to see and access the AI Assistant tab.
When toggled On, the message Creating new chats has been disabled in your current activity toolkit appears at the bottom of the AI Assistant chat page, preventing users from starting new chats or using the default AI Assistant.
When toggled Off, participants can start new chats and interact with the default AI Assistant.
When toggled On, the Activity Group tab will be hidden from participants.
They will no longer be able to view Shared Conversations within the activity group.
They can still share their conversations and see them marked as Shared, but they will not be able to view chats shared by others.
Only facilitators will retain access to all shared conversations.
When toggled Off, the Activity Group tab will be visible to participants.
They will be able to view all Shared Conversations within the activity group, including those shared by other participants.
