Note:
The filename and metadata of the uploaded files will not be readable by the system/platform.
Files uploaded by the tool creator will be used as context for chat responses.
Example: A Personal Finance Tutor with uploaded files on personal finance will reference the provided
details in conversations with the user.
Step 1: Click on Chat & Model.
Step 2: Select CKS | GPT-4o | File Chat from the AI model / Index dropdown menu.
Note: When selecting the model CKS |GPT-4o | File Chat, you'll find toggle options for User File Input and Tool Knowledge File in the Form Inputs and Chat and Model tabs, respectively. You can choose to use either file based on what you need.
If you want to use both files in the file chat, you need to apply advanced prompt techniques. This will help the LLM differentiate between the uploaded files, as they are all referenced using the same keyword, {context}.
Step 3: Toggle on the Tool's Knowledge Files Placement Field slider.
Step 4: Select Click to select from tool's file container (required) to upload the files for use as context.
Step 5: Select Click to select new file to upload a file.
File Upload Guidelines:
Maximum Files: 10 files per container
Maximum File Size: 5MB per file
Allowed File Types: .pdf, .docx, .csv, .txt
Step 6: Click the +Upload File button.
Step 7: Repeat Step 5 and 6 to upload more files into the file container. (If Required)
Note:
To delete a file from the file container:
Click the bin icon next to the file.
Confirm by clicking the delete button.
Step 8: Click -> Return to Tool.
Outcome: The file uploaded will be displayed.
Step 9: Click the Tool Knowledge Files reference to copy it, then place it in your prompts where needed.
Step 10: Click Save Changes.
Note:
To disable the Tool Knowledge File, follow the following steps:
Toggle off the Tool Knowledge File slider and edit the prompts to remove the Tool Knowledge File Field.
Change the AI model from CKS | GPT-4o | File Chat to another AI model.
Click Save Changes.
