Tool Wizard – this powerful module can now help to streamline tool development for users.
Note: Access is controlled at two levels: it must be enabled by a System Admin for the workspace, and can then be toggled by Facilitators at the toolkit level.
Update: Chat Logs: Chat history is now enabled.
AI Lifecycle Optimiser – now available to help streamline AI tool auditing.
Designed for Tool Owners and Tool Admins to evaluate tools across these categories: Risk & Governance, Transparency & Trust, Performance & Cost.
Note: Access is controlled at two levels: it must be enabled by a System Admin for the workspace, and can then be toggled by Facilitators at the toolkit level.
Update: Chat Logs: Chat history is now enabled.
Role-Based Tool Creation Limits
Workspace owners can now set a maximum limit on the number of tools a participant can own or create within a toolkit.
How it works: Limits are enforced based on the user’s role in the current toolkit.
Example: A user that is a "Participant" in Toolkit A can switch to Toolkit B (where they are a "Facilitator") to create tools without those specific restrictions.
Action: To implement or adjust these workspace-level limits, please submit a request to the System Admin via your Account Manager.
Focus: Improved tool chain setup experience, toolkit access rights fixes, media tag sizing customisation.
Fix: Toolkit Visibility Settings: Fixed a bug where the "Allow anyone in workspace to view toolkit" toggle was not functioning correctly.
Action: Admins can now reliably manage toolkit access for all workspace members without requiring individual registration.
Fix: Tool Chain Sequencing: Resolved the "NoneType" error that previously forced tools to be used in a strict sequence and manner.
Action: Users can now set up tool chain sequences freely according to their intended workflows.
Update: Activity Selection Dropdown: Improved the user experience for selecting the "next-tool" in a chain, making it easier to build chained workflows.
Action: You can now set up tool chains in any order that fits your workflow without manual errors.
New: Media Tag Consistency: Introduced a standardised way to control the height and width of media tags.
Works with selected models (e.g., GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Flash).
Includes a copy-paste placeholder to easily incorporate media tags into prompts.
Focus: Enhancing navigation efficiency, refining participant controls, and restoring data
Feature: Workspace Switching: Improved the UI for switching between workspaces. You can now toggle workspaces directly from the Activity Toolkit Dropdown within both the AI Assistant and Workspace Settings page.
Fix: Participant Tool Access: Fixed an issue where the "Relaunch Tool" button (located below the Conversation Thread Title) was hidden when "Restrict Participants from Access to Tool Library" was enabled.
Action: You can now restrict library access without losing the ability for participants to relaunch the tools from the chat page.
Fix: Chat History Retrieval: Resolved a "Bad Request" error that prevented some users from fetching past chat logs.
Action: All historical chat logs are now fully accessible.
Focus: Access rights, data integrity, and toolkit report accuracy.
For Facilitators and Workspace Managers
Fix: Registration Reports: Fixed a bug where exported user reports would occasionally appear blank.
Fix: Data Accuracy: Migrated users now display their original account creation date instead of the date they were moved to CAI 2.0.
Action: You can now export your reports; and rely on the "Joined Date" column for accurate record-keeping.
For Facilitators:
Fix: Fixed the automated expiry issue at both the toolkit level for all active participants, and at individual level.
Action: Toolkit Facilitators can now better manage trials and subscriptions using this feature.
For Tool Creators
Fix: Tool admin can now successfully make copies of tools that are set to "Private (Only Me)."
Fix: Restored missing feature images for some tools migrated from the legacy platform.
Focus: AI logic refinements and visual polishing.
For Workspace Managers
Fix: Improved the logic for users joining toolkits via Activity Codes to ensure users land on the specific toolkit page rather than a generic screen.
Action: None.
For Tool Creators
Fix: Prompt Precedence: Specific Tool Prompts now correctly override Global System Prompts.
Action: Review tools with custom instructions to ensure they are following your specific prompts rather than global settings.
Fix: Visual Consistency: Tool feature images now maintain a consistent aspect ratio (no more stretching or white borders).
Action: None.
Fix: Fixed a bug where deleting a duplicated tool would accidentally remove the feature image from the original version.
Fix: Owners can now successfully copy tools set to "Private (Only Me)."
Action: You can now safely duplicate and delete tools without affecting your original assets.
For Users (Participants)
Fix: Word Wrap: Tool descriptions now wrap correctly to prevent text from cutting off.
Fix: Direct links now correctly direct you to your assigned workspace toolkit.
Action: No action needed. You can perform a Hard Refresh (Windows: Ctrl+F5 OR Ctrl+Shift+R, macOS: Cmd(⌘)+Shift+R) on your browser to ensure you see the updated visual layout.
Focus: Navigation improvements and user experience in user onboarding.
For Workspace Managers
Fix: The workspace list in the "My Account" section is now sorted alphabetically.
Fix: Optimised the "Manage Toolkit" page for faster loading and smoother navigation.
Action: None, you can perform a Hard Refresh (Windows: Ctrl+F5 OR Ctrl+Shift+R, macOS: Cmd(⌘)+Shift+R) to see the updates in the management dashboard if you do not see the changes reflected.
For Users (Facilitators)
Fix: Resolved an issue where participants were redirected to the "My Account" page instead of launching a tool when certain restrictions were enabled (specifically: Restrict New Chats and Restrict AI Assistant).
Action: None required. Your participants can now access assigned tools seamlessly even when these administrative restrictions are active.
Fix: Resolved a navigation error where registering for a toolkit in a different workspace (via an Activity Passcode) failed to automatically redirect you to that toolkit.
Action: None required. You will now be taken directly to your assigned toolkit immediately after registering or entering a passcode.
For Users (Participants)
Fix: Smooth Reading: You can now manually scroll through a chat while the AI is typing without being automatically pulled back to the bottom.
Action: None
Fix: Case-Insensitive Login: Emails are no longer case-sensitive (e.g., User@Email.com and user@email.com now both work).
Action: You may now log in using any capitalisation for your registered email address.
Fix: Resolved a logic error where "Relaunched" tools failed to process the user's initial input.
Action: If a tool was previously "ignoring" the first query, please test it again to confirm it is now responsive.
