User Tags (Optional Feature)
Note: User Tags auto-fill names and language preferences in responses based on the Chat Settings.

Step 1: Click Form Inputs.
Step 2: Click the username reference to copy it, then place it in your prompts where needed.
Step 3: Click the Language reference to copy it, then place it in your prompts where needed.
Step 4: Click Save Changes.
Outcome: The User Tags information will be displayed on the Capability Tool launch page.
Note:
To disable the User Tags, follow the following steps:
Toggle off the User Tags slider.
Edit the prompts to remove the User Tags.
Click Save Changes.
Option to continue to the optional features: File Chat (User File Upload) or Tool Knowledge File
or
Proceed to Media Tags for instructions on incorporating media links into your tool.
